I’ve never seen them win in my group of friends, regardless of who they’re up against or who’s playing them. Maybe I need more plays with them, but I despise Vegas. Your units can react to pretty much anything that’s thrown their way, and there are enough ranged units that I never feel that I have to risk my units to do a lot of damage. They’re supposed to act like insects around a hive, and it feels very accurate. Any unit adjacent to the HQ can move and rotate once a turn. They’re my favorite faction specifically because of the HQ’s Ability.

Just picturing the battlefield in my head like a movie makes me think of some action packed scene from an Alien or Predator movie. There’s a unit called the twister that hits in all but two directions, and the artwork for it makes it look like some demented headcrab from halflife.
